Pediatric Dentistry | Special Care Dentistry
Sidebar
Conveniently located on the campus of Home of the Innocents in Nulu, this practice provides pediatric dentistry and special care dentistry services only.
This practice is specially equipped to treat children – especially those who have special care needs, such as children who have autism and who have physical challenges. It is open to the public.
Because this location is designed for kids, we've added special touches that help make going to the dentist a fun and positive experience – including activities including books, toys and movie viewing on flat-screen TVs above the dental chairs to help pass the time. Even with that, it's normal for kids to get shy, nervous or afraid about going to the dentist. Our dental care team is experienced with child behavior and development; we're patient and understanding with the fears, emotions and actions of each patient. For children experiencing anxiety, we can provide mild sedatives during dental procedures. In cases of severe anxiety, we can also provide services under general anesthesia.
We accept most major dental insurance plans, Medicare (medical only), Kentucky Medicaid and KCHIP. In addition, we offer a payment plan if you qualify for one of our third-party lenders.
